Motorcycle frames start from £285 in a standard colour.

Custom powder colours start from £65 extra depending on the colour, finish and amount of powder required.

Custom engine covers, side covers and smaller motorcycle parts start from £65 depending on size, condition and colour choice.

Before sending or dropping off your frame, it must be fully stripped down and ready for coating. This means:

• All bearings removed
• Bushes and seals removed
• Engine removed
• Wiring loom removed
• Brackets, bolts and fittings removed
• Swing arm removed if required separately

We can then properly prepare and coat the frame without damaging any components.

What’s Included in Our Process

Every frame goes through our full preparation and coating process to ensure a durable, high-quality finish:

• Acid dipped to remove old paint and corrosion
• Jet washed for a deep clean
• Outgassed in the oven to remove contaminants
• Sand/media blasted back to bare metal
• Minor marks and imperfections repaired where possible
• Powder coated in your chosen colour
• Lacquered if required for extra protection
