Refund & Return Policy — Essex Powder Coating
Thank you for choosing Essex Powder Coating. We take great pride in our workmanship and aim to deliver the highest-quality powder-coating finish on all wheels and metal items.
Services (Powder Coating Work)
Because powder coating is a custom service, returns or refunds are not offered once work has begun.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Goods (if applicable)
If we sell any physical products (e.g., accessories), you may return unopened items in original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds are issued once the item is returned and inspected.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If any item you receive is incorrect or damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographs and order details.
