Shipping & Collection Policy — Essex Powder Coating
Essex Powder Coating offers collection, drop-off, and in-person pickup for powder-coating services.
Drop-Off Appointments
Customers can bring wheels or items to our workshop at:
Unit Q, The Mayflower, Mill Rd, Mayland, Essex, CM3 6EQ
Please arrive at your booked time remember, ring us and we will let you in the electric gates. If you need to change your slot, contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Collection & Return (If Offered)
Where collection or courier services are arranged:
- Items must be securely packaged
- We will photograph items upon receipt
- Customers are responsible for packaging on return deliveries
Charges may apply depending on distance or courier costs.
Turnaround Times
Typical turnaround time for powder coating: 1–3 working days, depending on workload and wheel condition.
You will be notified when your items are ready for collection.
Shipping for Products (If Applicable)
If we sell physical goods:
- UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days
- Tracking details provided
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If using a courier, claims for loss or damage must be made within 48 hours with photos.
