What’s Included
Every wheel goes through our full premium refurbishment process:
• Acid dipped – removes old paint and corrosion
• Jet washed – deep clean for a perfect base
• Outgassed in the oven – improves adhesion and finish quality
• Sand/media blasted – back to clean bare metal
• Kerb damage and corrosion repaired
• Primed and powder coated for a durable finish
• Final bake and cure for a long-lasting result
This is the same type of process used by major automotive manufacturers for strong, durable finishes that hold up far better than standard paint.
Standard Colours Included in the Price
Our standard price now includes:
• Gloss Black
• Matt Black
• Satin Black
• Silver
• Selected Grey Colours
We keep a wide range of silver, black and some grey powders in stock, so most standard finishes can be completed without any extra charge.
If you would like a custom colour that we do not currently hold in stock, we can still do it for you, but it would be classed as a custom colour and may carry an additional cost.

Custom colours may require a non-refundable deposit before ordering.
Free Tyre Removal, Refitting and Balancing Included
We now include tyre removal, tyre refitting and balancing within the price of your refurbishment, so your wheels are ready to go straight back on the vehicle once complete.
£50 Voucher on Full Sets of Four Wheels
When booking a full set of four alloy wheels, you can use one of our £50 vouchers to reduce the total cost of your refurbishment.
Free 3-Year Warranty Included

All powder-coated wheels come with a 3-year warranty against peeling, cracking and coating defects.
